This newly built semi-detached villa is located in the gated community of Aloë Lane, which consists of only six other homes. Aloë Lane is situated in the residential area of Kwartje, centrally located on Curaçao.
Aloë Lane combines a peaceful and secure environment with a central location and offers easy access to many outdoor activities in the nearby Sint Joris recreational area. Popular beaches such as Jan Thiel and Mambo Beach are only a 15-minute drive away.
LAYOUT
The villa is single-level and has a practical layout with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share the second bathroom.
The open-concept living space includes a modern kitchen and large terrace doors that lead to a covered porch.
Outside, you’ll enjoy your private swimming pool, sun terrace, and a walled garden that ensures maximum privacy.
Two private parking spaces are located directly next to the house.

ENERGY & WATER USAGE
Electricity and water are included up to a reasonable usage of 20 kWh per night.
Any additional consumption will be charged separately at the applicable Aqualectra rate.
Meter readings are recorded at check-in and check-out.
We have chosen this approach to encourage sustainable energy use 🌱
CLEANING
Final cleaning is mandatory and costs €80. For longer stays, interim cleaning is also required, including fresh linens:
- Stay up to 9 nights: Final cleaning only
- Stay 10–14 nights: +€70 (1x interim cleaning)
- Stay 15–20 nights: +€120 (2x interim cleanings)
- Stay 21+ nights: +€180 (3x interim cleanings)
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A €300 security deposit applies to each booking. This covers any interim cleaning fees and additional energy/water consumption (charged or settled locally). If anything is damaged or missing, the cost will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately if it exceeds the €300.
